Your registration information is exclusively used to deliver our services. We collect your email address and certain personally identifiable information when you communicate with us. Rest assured, your email address is not displayed on the site to anyone.
Your identity on AutoGuard is linked to your Gmail address, visible to those you interact with or anyone who views your profile or your content. We do not share or sell the information we collect with other organizations unless we have your consent or under the following circumstances:
- If it becomes necessary to share information to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, spam, the safety of any individual or third party, violations, or as required by law.
- In case of a change of ownership, merger, or acquisition, we reserve the right to transfer all user information to a separate entity. We will notify you before the migration, at which point your information will be subject to a different privacy policy.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we ever do, we will comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.
Publicly Available Information
When you create an AutoGuard account with your Gmail address, some information about you and your account activity will be shared with other AutoGuard users. This includes your registration date, country, state, and any other location information you choose to make public.
Any content you submit to AutoGuard may be redistributed through the Internet and other media channels and may be viewed by the public or other AutoGuard users. You are solely responsible for all the content you submit. AutoGuard is not responsible for any content stored in user accounts.
AutoGuard DashCam
Our Android app offers the option to upload videos to YouTube, with privacy settings adjustable within the app.
Information Collected and Stored on Device
- Video and Metadata: The app stores video files and related metadata (such as timestamps and GPS location if enabled) locally on your device.
- Device Access: The app accesses your device’s camera, microphone, GPS location data (if enabled), and storage to function properly.
Third-Party Libraries
For statistical purposes and targeted advertising, AutoGuard uses third-party libraries that may collect, store, share, and/or transfer various anonymous end-user IDs and location data. This data is collected via technologies such as cookies or similar tracking technologies.

YouTube API Usage
AutoGuard utilizes YouTube API Services to enable you to upload videos directly to your YouTube account from the app. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the YouTube's Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Information Accessed and Collected
- YouTube Account Information: When you use the YouTube upload feature, we access your YouTube channel ID and video upload settings.
- Video Content and Metadata: Video files and metadata you choose to upload are accessed to facilitate the upload process.
- Authentication: We use OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication and do not collect or store your Google account credentials.
How We Use This Information
- Uploading Videos: The information is used solely to upload videos to your YouTube account as per your request.
- No Additional Access: We do not access, collect, or store any additional data from your Google account beyond what is necessary for uploading videos.

- No Server Storage: We do not store any YouTube API data on our servers.
